Cacko Zaurus Qtopia ROM 1.21 is available!

OK, I\'ve put down the crack pipe with not having /dev/irda0 (It is a network interface not a device).  

But still, I am unable to communicate with any of the known good devices in my office.  It would be great to know that I am the only one with this problem.

I am unable to communicate via IR, I cannot send or recieve between my C860 and my friend\'s 5500, I know it worked on a prior ROM, 1.18 or 1.20.

After a fresh install of 1.21 and 3 applied fixed (? keyboard problem, perms, and screensaver) I installed X/qt.  Started up and noticed that \'/\' acts as a sticky caps lock.

I had this problem with 1.20 but only with remote clients (e.g. vnc and remote xterm).  Now with 1.21 it is consistent.

Another issue, my 2.8.1 kismet that installed and worked with 1.18 errors on install (something about missing __.ipk).  I am looking for recommendations on wireless scanners for 1.21.  Thanks.

I\'ve just tried beming between my S55 phone and SL-5500. Everything worked fine in both directions. Try to reboot your zaurus.

Wellenreiter should be working on this ROM. Check older posts in htese forums on how to set it up.

I also have the problem with the sticky \'/\' acting as a caps lock in X/Qt/ this isn\'t a ploy to make us go over to pdaXrom is it? ;-)

It\'s not a bug, it\'s a feature :-)
I use this far more often than \",\" so it comes quite handy...

Ditto, I bought Windows 95 when it first come out, then installed Slackware over it. I dont own or use any of it, thank God. Tried their PDAs though. eek!
