It occurred to me that if you're serious about developing for this, you need two of them at least.

Or, buy a second now to get the discount, wait to get it and sell it because the price will have gone up.

Someone on Facebook was thinking of buying a second Gemini as an investment, i.e. to keep it sealed in the package for many years and sell it as new once it will gain value as a rare item. Not a bad idea if you ask me; I wonder if there are still NOS packages of Psion or Zaurus devices around.

Well, deadline to get discount is getting close.
I'm thinking of maybe getting the WiFi only one to complement the 4G one. If I found myself wanting to use both G and a phone, I'd switch to the WiFi only G and sell the 4G one.

I managed to order a second 4G model before the price increase. May just keep it intact as may be worth a few bob in the very distant future.

You may want to watch out with that and sell it quickly. Technology very very rarely increases in price, unless you find yourself with the last boxed version of some collector item that spawns a whole niche folowing, I would try to sell it relatively quickly if I were you.

If you ordered two, did they both arrive together?

When choosing their hostnames, it's obligatory to call them Castor and Pollux, given they'll be Gemini twins!

Had to Google it to understand it In fact, it is a bit weird to have just one "Gemini", but I guess one will do for now!
