DUMP linux.img SP Flash VMware

Hi you all,

I used SP Flash tool under VMWare with Kali.
My boot2 partition is with kali, I just finished to fix everything...
I would love to make a DUMP with readback tool but there is no way... It start and download untill some time 1% sometimes 4% then I have got this message:

BROM Exception! ( ERROR : STATUS READ_DATA EXCEPTION (-1073414137) , MSP ERROE CODE : 0x00.

Is there any other tool / way to have a DUMP of my linux block ?

SOLVED:

mate, the usb-c cable I bought as second cable from Planet Store does not work..
With its original usb C cable in the box the DUMP worked perfect....
