is there a way to get rid of lxqt on debian, and use it as base system without GUI ? Please elaborate.. I don't even know how to move to different run-level (3 or 4)

systemctl get-default
sudo systemctl set-default multi-user.target
sudo systemctl reboot
and to reverse :
systemctl get-default
sudo systemctl set-default graphical.target
sudo reboot
