Replacement Planet Battery

My Gemini battery has gone bloated on me. Is there any place to purchase another? I don't see it for sale in the PC store, and all of the Amazon/ebay links I've tried no longer work.

If it is no longer for sale, has anyone found another phone battery replacement that has the same specs/connector and will fit in the case?

Try contacting Planet. You might have more luck than me, and all I'm trying to do is have a phone call!

I emailed them (hello@planetcom.co.uk) as recommended and got a response. They do install new batteries, but cannot ship them. So you have to ship your device to them. The cost for a new battery is £75.00 plus P&P, and the cost for shipping from the US (using parcelhero.com) is almost $50. So this will be a very expensive battery repair if I go this route.

If anyone knows of a compatible battery for another phone that is less expensive and doesn't require me to send in my unit, I would love to know about it.

My Gemini shuts down showing half the battery used, then on restart shows something like 1%. So I suspect the battery is dying. If anyone knows a replacement, and _how_ to replace it, please share. I know how to open a top cover, there is a tool for that, but how to open a bottom with the battery?
