This may be a dumb question, but would it be possible to get a mouse working on a Zaurus?
You can actually try using a regular serial mouse, as Zaurus has a serial port (it is combined with the USB slave port on the left). Though I have never had a suitable cable to actually try it out
Seems like it would be really neat to use a mouse with pdaX. I saw a tiny optical usb mouse at a computer store today that would probably fit nicely into a universal pda carrying case... And speaking of usb, what about using a usb network adapter with pdaX? I have a Linksys WUSB11 that is currently collecting dust.
Z doesn\'t have the USB host functionality, so you can\'t just plug USB devices in it. It only supports being a USB slave, that is, being one of such devices that can be plugged in
You can try buying a CF-sized USB host though. Interpocket made them some time ago, but I don\'t know their present status. I also don\'t know how hard is it to actually make it work with SL-C series. They promised SL-C drivers some time ago, but I don\'t know if they actually made them or not.
