how ro remove battery on a c760?

I am try\'ing to flash to pdaxrom on a c760 , but I am not able to find out how to remove the white plastic back deck so I can remove the battery for 5 seconds. Anybody who has done the flashing who can help?

Erm... there is a switch on it, you toggle it and remove the cover.

Well, I have found the black switch and removed it. But I am unable all the same to remowe the deck without breaking something. I understand from your answers that it must be my Z that has something wrong with the deck.

I think after you touch the switch you slide it down and lift it.

That\'s right.  Hold the zaurus so the back is facing you and the CF slot is on the top.  Flip that switch to the right, then slide the back cover down.

instead of pulling out the battery, you can:
- power off
- hold [Fn] + [Home]
- unlock the back cover (you just need to unlock the switch, no need to pull out the cover)
- lock it back after a while (1 - 2 sec)
- release [Fn] + [Home]
- hold [ok]
- power on

I really think the battery should be taken out.

After all the effort placed into posting a picture and explain etc. I think some satisfaction would be gained from a successful result
