Well, there was a device shown on CeBIT (but not by Sharp - they didn\'t even show any calculator device):

Comes with a 200MHz Motorola ARM i.MX processor and they can put a Linux on it. They are not selling under their own brand but are looking for well known brands...

Royal was rumored in March to do this as the new Linea LX - but I have seen no evidence yet:

But - is there enough demand for a \"low end\" Linux PDA?
When I glimpse over the messages here, most users seem to look for C860 and SL6000...

 A300 is a repackaged 5500, and not a \"low-end\".  I have a C760. It is an amazing mini-notebook, not a PDA . But too thick for my liking. I have to wear a jacket or cargo pants to carry it around. So I need something shirtpocket-size.
