C-860 questions about sound quality and power input.
« Reply #15 on: July 05, 2004, 05:14:44 pm »
Just ordered the 860 from trisoft.de. The guy I talked to was really helpful: since he wasn't sure when his new batch of europe-compatible adapters would come, he offered to send me his 2 weeks old testing adapter so the Z could get here before I leave (holiday  )
I got the remote control as well so I can leave the Z in a shell/pocket while I listen to music.
What would be the best newbie ROM to load on the thing for regular use? I like the idea of an X rom, but the performance doesn't seem too great, and the list of ported apps is  still limited. I really like the concept though.
Apart from that, I just can't wait for the thing to get here.

Something I just found about sound quality for those who might be interested (I've not read through it all, but it might be interesting):
