As far as I am aware, nobody has tried an SD gps card yet.

Nearly all CF gps cards will work, as they are simply installed as a serial device.

Also some bluetooth gps cards have been made to work with the zaurus, as well as the serial standalone gps devices.

Bluemonkey bluetooth card <-> Sony Ericsson k700i for gprs.
Buffalo WLI-CF-S11G wifi card. Haicom 303 mmf gps cf/seral card.
