mplayer installation

Hello,

I tried installing mplayer (with packages gtk, libmad, tremor and sdl). When I try running the command "mplayer" I get the following error:

mplayer: relocation error: mplayer: undefined symbol: __clz_tab
Any idea what might be wrong?

Try looking here...mostly about compiling, but some path and location stuff is mentioned as well... I use Cacko QT on C860 and Mplayer (KINO) is alreaqdy all setup so I can't help much.

Thanks... I didn't compile it myself, though. I just installed the IPK from pdaxrom.org stable feed.
