pre-purhase questions

Hi this is my first post. I am on webtv-- i want to go to a z 6000 [or 5600 with the good processor chip ].

2 questions:

1. Opera--the z6000 zoom featue doesn't magnify images only text?

Does the other version of Opera on the z5600 magnify images using the zoom function?

2. basically the Z will be my only computer . i just want to surf the web, store favorites, email, post on forums --maybe get some mp3 music etc..

is the Z good and simple for that ?

if that's all i do with it?

i wont be able to run the cd on a computer and do any of that...so will just the Z and the manual be enuf to enable me to use the web?

i plan on using a cf modem 56k dial up --and storing data on an sd card.

yep, if you get a compatible CF modem card you should be able to plug and go without using a PC.  

Get a C series though in my opinion (if you wish to spend the money) - they represent much more power to me as a mini laptop.
