I havew a problem with a vendor...
« on: September 15, 2004, 11:59:57 pm »
Hi all.
I'm not sure this is the right place to post this, but I'm having a problem getting a vendor to respond, much less deliver an item I purchased from them.

The item in question is:
this IR extender.

Does anybody here have any experience with this company?  I've left voice messages (they do not answer) and sent email.  Not a single reply.  Yet my credit card was charged.

It really irks me that they won't even respond.

Thanks for any info.

I've never dealt with this company.
Can you stop payment through your CC?

I guess it should have been posted somewhere other than accessories (although that's what I was referring to), but off-topic?  Come on.

Comes across as you trying to hide what I believe is a legitimate complaint.

I suppose it's an accessory he's trying to use with the Zaurus, I'd be guessing.

Oh well, OT is probably as good a place as any.
Sorry. I just don't have the time...

That was the reason I initially posted in Accessories.  *shrug*
If it's off-topic, it's off-topic.  Had I simply said "Anybody used this before", it probably would have stayed there.

rrashkin:  Yes, I can have my CC company stop/reverse payment, but really, I'd just prefer delivery of the IR extender.  It looks like an interesting product.
