Installing to CF/RAM

When i use the package manager and try to install anything to my CF or RAM, it isnt installed correctly. e.g. doesnt show up in the tabs and isnt exectutable via the console. whats going on?

Edit: Im using OZ/Opie 3.5.1

Need to run ipkg-link afterwards:

ipkg-link mount /mnt/ram
ipkg-link mount /mnt/cf

et cetera
