Syncing Sharp 5600 with 700

I have a SL-5600 and would like to transfer my address and date book from a Sharp 700 (Sharp edition of Daytimer organizer) to Microsoft Outlook.  Does anyone out there know how to do this?  (I don't read manuals well)
