I download the latest software for my sl-5500 from the internet... I am using windows XP Pro. After installing all the software I am not able to communicate to the computer...
If i use a ip number and ping the given one and the one on the unit then i can ping but still cannot sync...
Any suggestions out there would be greatly appreciated...
Oh yes its communicating through USB...and i try changing usb ports.
