backup data from openzaurus 3.2 move to 3.5.1 c860

Hi,
I need to move and backup my data from my 5500 oz 3.2 to my windows 2k or linux machine (suse 9.1)
I'm wondering if qtopia desktop is supposed to work for syncing 3.2 with either machine. I simply want to sync 5500 -> computer -> c860 oz 3.5.1
Suggestions on the best way to do this?

Just copy ~/Applications/* between the two machines.

(check that location actually, there should be a few directories in there: datebook, addressbook, etc.)

thanks very much for your reply, but I've had to remove oz 3.5.1 from my 860 since it seems to have a great # of probs w/standby... so i put conics english rom backup  on it, works pretty well so far.

I'm wondering if there is some sort of import /export util for the oz data on my 3.2 5500 to the sharp rom or vice versa, since I ultimately really want to run opie/oz, as it is awesome
