Probably no.
Here is what they say they offer:
* The Linux kernel for ARM, with modifications by TomTom.
* The GNU C library (glibc), which is used unmodified.
* BusyBox, which is used unmodified.
* Modutils (some executables on the ramdisk are from modutils).
* Compiler tool chain (a small patch was made to the compiler tool chain source).
* TomTom build tools (a package with a ramdisk, makeimage post processor, and little example hello world application).
This is the same stuff as it is provided by the different ROMs for the Zaurus.
But the main aspect is missing: the navigation software and the map data files.
Well, one of the pdaXrom or OZ projects could take a look into the TomTom changes to make their ROM 100% compatible so to install and run the applications/data files on the Zaurus.
