qtopia 1.21 rom

I am using this rom I cant install half the programs out there it keeps saying i need other files for the program to install and the ones that do install only work in
landscape mode so everything you have look on its side dose anyone have an
idea of a better rom i can install so i cant stop having these problems

Unfortunately many of the old Sharp based packages require a bit of tweaking to get working.  When Cacko 1.22 comes out we will have a golden package feed.  It should be as easy as pointing the IPKG tool to the feed, installing the packages, and it will "just work".  We should have the ROM out before year end. I can't really be more specific then that as this is a volunteer effort, which we work on our spare time.

now that we're on the topic of cacko, does anone know why sshd steadily refuses to start?
edt: fixed. had to allow root logins, and couldn't bind because the port was hogged by inet.d
