Bad 2.2 GB CF Card...

the issue seems to be, as mentioned, that there is a noticeable latency on this drive.  this causes some misunderstanding as to whether it has "crashed" or some such thing (which it can do). I had problems with mine for a while, but have it working nicely on oz 3.5.1 on my 5600.  I strongly suggest you disable automounting if you use one of these, and mount it by hand. currently (due to something i installed) I drop out of opie, mount it and restart opie.  My next step, on 3.5.2 will be to format it with reiser, rather than the ext2 that is on it now.  I will say, though, that I had most of the problems mentioned above, and for a while thought that the drive wouldn't move large files 9like movies)  I think maybe the improved card drivers on openzaurus have made the difference.
