I'm looking for a Firewier adapter to use with my Sony Vaio.
What I mean, the Vaio uses a peculiar two-hole Firewire slot, one hole is a 4-pin firewire and the other one is the charge slot.
I've read they use it to discourage the usage of third-party products and make you buy Sony products.
Anyhow, I am aware of the 4-pin to 6-pin convertor, that's not what I want.
What I'm looking for is some convertor you stick in both these Vaio holes and out comes a 6-pin connector that will be charged. I.e. the problem with a 4-pin to 6-pin convertor is that it's not charged.
Surely there must be a convertor like the one I have in mind. I just haven't found it anywhere.
