6000 - Tosa / Compile an application on a SL-6000

Hello all, I have realy a problem to fond a cross compiler. There is a big jungle with a lot of cross compiler and .... a lot of out of date documents. In most of them the cross compiler doesn't support Xscale processor  But no news about today.
Another point is the version problem, if I use the last version of GCC to compile, does the program work on my zaurii? Maybe  library problem?
Have some body a succesfull experience witht a cross compiler?

I don't know the "killefilez". You mean "http://killefiz.de/zaurus/"? There are a development section with a lot of packages of the zaurus, but no software for the PC.
Does the cross compiler for the SL5000 work with the SL 6000 too?

Oh sorry, the best choice for me is C or C++.
In a first step it's to make à small command line program and if it work, I'll try with a GUI.

Hi, since 1 week I search information about compilling a programme for my SL6000. I found some links about the SL5000, but nothing for my zaurii. It's the same?
Can somebody help my to builld a application?  A "hello worlld" application is OK

6000 - Tosa / GPS and the 6000L

Hello, this week I bought a Hollux GM-270 CF GPS reciever. I pluged it in my zaurus, and ... nothing happend
I searched help on internet and a found a page about the SL-5500G. So they suggest to recompile the pcmcia_cs module, but in my SL-6000L there is no pcmcia_cs module  Perhaps I'm on the wrong way, but in a first time, I'll try to flash the ROM with a newest image and, if there is the same problem try to rebuilt the module or all the kernel.
Has somebody another idea?

Hello, today I tried to flash my SL-6000L. At this time I have a 1.08 JP version (the zaurus is imported from Japan)  and I will put the last US ROM.
I tryed a tips found ont this forum.
I pushed the reset button and after I press the power button and the ok button. But the zaurus does a reboot, that all. I'm certainly wrong . Can somebody help my to flash my zaurus?

It's a fake !!!! There is a nice picture of the SL-6000, but the driver and the doc are from the 5500 !!!

Hello, I bough a second hand SL-6000L and I have no CD to install the UBS driver on windows XP. Can somebody send my the driver or give me a link to download it?

Software / wanted mcconvert

Thanks, that is great , now I have another problem, I transfert the file with the Opera web browser, but I don't find the file when I try to install it.  Is it a folder where I need to put it? ou does Opera rename my file

Windows Issues / XP driver for SL-6000L ?

Hello all, I try to install the USB driver to connect my SL-6000 to my Windows XP. But on the Sharp website I found only the driver for SL-5500. Does some body sucessed to install this driver or now where I can find the right one?

Hello all, today I made a big mistake with my SL-6000L and I need to reinstall the mcconvert package to have something readable. But it seems that "community.zaurus.com" is no more avaliable ( Can somebody help me?
