I had issues with a flash got the no sim detected icon , was able to resolve with the following .
...

Nope, no luck with that. I had tried that before, but I've now done it a few more times, just to be sure...

Had the issue happen again was able to get service back by flashing http://support.planetcom.co.uk/download/An...A3_12062018.zip with the firmware upgrade option , at which point it booted android and had 3g service . Hope this helps .

EDIT: Sims detected no imei after flash but better than the no sim error , going to try a few things and update .

EDIT 2 Solved :

1:Flash Fota3 firmware firmware upgrade option
2: Boot android verify sim detected
3: Flash desired firmware with firmware upgrade . I flashed the newest with root android primary and debian as boot 2 , and twrp
4: boot android wait for sim detection then shutdown
5: boot recovery and flash magisk to allow root
6: boot android finish root setup and enable adb
7: adb and run : echo 'AT+EGMR=1,7,"IMEI"' > /dev/radio/pttycmd1
8: then : echo 'AT+EGMR=1,10,"IMEI"' > /dev/radio/pttycmd1
9: Reboot to android and should have cell service .

I had issues with a flash got the no sim detected icon , was able to resolve with the following .

reflash with the firmware download option
flashed twrp and got root
with terminal emulator, SU
then 'AT+EGMR=1,7,"IMEI"' > /dev/radio/pttycmd1   . NOTE: you need the "" around your IMEI number also dont forget the ' after the second "
should return you to the # prompt without response then reboot device .

Gemini PDA - Linux / apt-get upgrade broke libreoffice
« on: July 16, 2018, 01:38:30 pm »

Had the exact same problem and used everybody's help:

1) for FILE in $(dpkg-divert --list | grep nvidia-340 | awk '{print $3}'); do dpkg-divert --remove $FILE; done

which ran properly but still didn't solve libreoffice problem until I also ran:

$ cd /var/cache/apt/archives/
$ sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite libreoffice*
$ sudo apt install -f

Thanks to all,
Jake

The above worked for me also , Thanks everyone !

cd /var/cache/apt/archives/
sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite libreoffice*
sudo apt install -f
