Hello,  Well I did it!  But I also did it twice and the screen after the reboot was in Chinese or Japanese, but then I was able to change the language at the setup menu.  Also I did use the TRWP version that was available to do this.   So I am back at V19 normal boot.

Cosmo Communicator - Hardware / Unable to update the Cosmo firmware V25

Hello,

  Followed the instruction for the rooted Android from Planet Computer support link and applied it via recovery mode to the correct partition but the version of the firmware is not V25 and remains V23 with the annoying update notification and every time I launch any App it reboots to a half screen for a second then goes thru.

  Am I missing something?

Cosmo Communicator - Android / No ring tone on inbound call from skype and Bria or Signal

Installed Bria for sip calls, and the same issue is with Signal call and messaging app.  When the shell is closed and I get a call from these application mentioned above the call comes thru but only rings once and then goes silent as the inbound call is still active. 
If I get a regular call from a cell number the ring tones works as expected.
