Bought Gemini PDA . Arrived May 22, 2018 . Less than 2 months the problem appears ( yesterday night ) ( July 11, 2018 ) . Now , I have a useless piece. Please help me planet computers.

Problem is video . Please see photos and video in youtube.
The display is flickering.

I 've paid a value, shipping to UK. ( forward address ). Shipping cost to Brazil, Very high Customs duties.

My nickname is "galodoido " in OESF Forum Gemini Linux.

I'd really appreciate if Planet Computers can replace my Gemini. And send the new as "RMA ". I don't want to pay a very high Customs taxes again. And if it is possible send as fast as possible with a shipping method fast. And to my address in Brazil in this case. Or if it is not possible, please send it to my forward address in UK as did before. But please put a value in invoice like 90 GBP, so I will pay less taxes.

I can send to you my unit with defect. I don't know if I have to send the charger and cable also.
Please help me.
Less than 2 months and my unit is totally useless.

Messaging and phone dialer apps only working with glamor-hybris.
If glamor-hybris is removed ( using lightdm and not sddm ) phone dialer and messaging apps  does not open correctly. ( black or blank screen I don't remember ).

Gemini PDA - Linux / PCMANFM and SAMBA

Hi,
I've installed samba and tried to access a shared folder in windows with PCMANFM file manager without success.
I will try later at night  with smbclient in a terminal shell.
But I'd really appreciate if someone could help.
I don't want to install gvfs ( gnome virtual file system ) because I had problems with android not starting  in the past : See below. But maybe the problem wasn't gvfs. But in doubt I will avoid it. ( Also thunar file manager that also uses gvfs ).

Gemini PDA - Linux / camera and fm radio chipset model

What is the camera and FM radio chipset model ? Maybe it is possible,  if not already in the debian kernel, to compile it. No /dev/video0 and /dev/radio on the debian .

Gemini PDA - Linux / Compile kernel inside gemini : Is it possible ?

Hi.
I've tried to compile the kernel as described in another post .

For the community modified kernel:

But I've tried inside gemini.
Unfortunately, it is not possible inside gemini.
Only outside,from an external pc with linux ( with success )

I think it was because aarch64-linux-gnu gcc will not run on arm64  plattaform.
Is there a way to compile inside gemini ?
I need linux headers to compile video4linux.
Maybe the camera will work with video4linux.
Maybe there is kernel with files to compile directly inside the gemini ( Makefile and a  full tree of files ).

Gemini PDA - Linux / Built-in camera not detected

i've installed guvcview.
But the internal camera was not detected.
I didn't saw /dev/video.
Installed v4l-utils.
Is there drivers for the  built-in camera ?
v4l-drivers is possible to compile ?

Gemini PDA - Linux / phone dialer only dial, no sound

Hi.
I've installed phone dialer . But I can only dial . The other person cannot hear the sound from me  (mic  not works in the phone dialer   ) and also  I don't hear the other person sound  ( speaker  not works also in the phone dialer ).
Also when I make calls from my smartphone to the gemini pda , it din't complete the call.
Any help ?
Thank you.
Note : As described in other question, mic works like a charm in audacity.
