Sharp ROMs / Cacko Rom Bluetooth With Tmobile

Hi,

Does anyone know how to connect a Zaurus with the Tmobile GPRS internet?

I have my C1000 pair up with my phone

but I don't know what to set on the bluetooth PPP screen,

do I need username, password? and what about the phone field?

any ideas would be appreciated, thanks

I'm selling my 99% new C1000 with the following accessories.

Socket CF Wifi card (Smallest CF Wifi card) ($80 value)
Socket CF Bluetooth card (Smallest CF bluetooth card, nothing stick out) ($100 value)
256MB CF Memory
Pilot Pentopia Stylus (stylus+pen 2 in 1)
Screen protector (Already applied on the screen)
2 in 1 usb retractible host+power cable

I'll throw in a psp AC adaptor (which work the same) because I can't find my zaurus adaptor.

Original box, manual, and CD are included.

The Zaurus is flashed with pdaxrom R12, but I can flash it back to original sharp rom if you want.

I'll post some picture tonite after work.

now $450 + shipping, if you want the CF card, I can throw it in since I have no use of it anyway

finally I'm able to install biblestudy on my C1000 with pdaxrom...

overall function and speed are acceptable, it's just the search is nearly useless, coz it is very slow...

Have you considered GnomeSword? I wonder if it would work better because of the presence of the gnome libraries for pdaXrom.

Back when I was running Xqt and Debian under the Sharp ROM, I installed both BibleStudy and GnomeSword in Debian and GnomeSword ran faster.

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Sword And Biblestudy For Rc12

just tried sword and biblestudy from the R11 feed. It doesn't work

the biblestudy (frontend of sword) needs the wxwidgets library, but that wxwidgets library is built for gtk 2.4, while R12 has gtk2.6

I'm not sure if it is the reason why it doesn't work. I've tried to uninstall gtk2.6 and install gtk2.4, end up I messed up the pdaxrom and need to reinstall again.......

Can somebody help please?

when you buy one, make sure it's not an E or F revision card, but a G or H - if it says W98, WinME or 2000 compatible then it's the later version which is bluetooth 1.1 and reflashable - whereas the E or F is not flashable is only BT1.0 and has oddities (they're rebranded Nokias)

but I can't really find one on the internet except some expensive dealers who are selling it for 100+ US dollars...
