Still no bluetooth and still using a crippled CPU (no power saving modes).

163 x 67 x 24.5-mm / 387-gram brickIt's near the same size as the Psion Series 5, and I used to carry that around with me everywhere before it died and I got a Z. But that thing is sure damn ugly, and it would be acutely embarrassing holding that thing up to your face and using it as a phone
Someone else might want to carry that around for me. A C3200 is already at or above the upper limits.
but if you can have a non-virtual screen (eg, an 800x600 display), not too bad.Um, that technology is not exactly new - I had that on my Amiga some 20 years ago.
so, with a clear winner for HDI would have liked it better if somehow both sides "lost" that'll teach all the participants not to have these format wars where the only loser is the consumer.
I left out one thing that makes Eee PC stand out: the community is HUGE. For example, eeeuser.com reminds me of the heyday of palm and its frantic forums. That's one of the problems - the forums at forum.eeeuser.com are getting more and more messy. Too many inane - IMHO - posts such as:
It seems you completely missed the point of EABI, it's the new _standard_ by ARM ltd that allows you to mix hard- and softfloat binaries. There's a reason why angstrom and maemo are using it and debian wants to.At last Koen has made a useful contribution to the pdaxrom forum I've always wondered what EABI was but it had never been important enough for me to actually go and find out. Now I know, thanks.
Here is a screenshot. [of KDE]Hey, you haven't followed the instructions for making the ugly huge launch button smaller
Unless I'm missing something in the oesf search options, it seems that oesf only returns the thread and not the specific posts that contain the search hits.Use the advanced search options. Click on the "Search" link (top right corner), click on "more search options".
I read the forums daily but it got to the point where I felt bad asking questions because I give next to nothing to the community. There's nothing to feel bad about. As long as the questions you're asking are not ones that have obvious answers that can be found with a quick google or a search of the archives then ask away.
a friend of mine has a Qtek 9000 and i know he prefer to reboot the device each time before he wants to use itThat means each time he wants to make or receive a call?
I liked Heroes of Might and Magic III, but hated IV & V. They were too graphical, which I felt took a ton away from the game.Have you guys tried WoG (Wake of Gods), it's an "add-on" for HoMM3 which greatly expands the number of creatures. items and abilities. Makes it seem like a whole new game.
