I have recently set up Bluetooth on my Zaurus (SL-5000D / OpenZaurus Hentges ROM / 3.3.6-pre1 / Opie 1.1.3 / Bluez drivers) and can connect to a desktop PC using PPP - all of that works fine. What I am having trouble with is sending/receiving data to/from a mobile phone (Nokia 6600).
When I try to "beam" any data, OZ always says "Bluetooth is not available" - am I missing something or does this just not work with Bluez?
I have also tried to "beam" data with IrDA, but with little success. I did succeed in beaming a contact from the Z to the phone, and did manage to receive a photo from the phone to the Z. But most of the time the Z loses contact with the phone just as communication is supposed to begin. Is there anything I can do to make this connection reliable?
