Which is the best external battery for c3100? Its input is 5v right?

Pocket MOBA (3.7v/3200mAh)
OR
PocketBank (5v/3600mAh)

IIRC, Zs only use 5 regulated volts.  Anything more will risk frying your Z and anything less will charge too slowly or never reach full capacity.
