Hi,have you solved the 'rotated' mouse axes? I used a Logitech trackball and it worked well, placed sideways. Buttons worked fine.

I'm busy installing Debian on a 'spare' laptop, updating to lenny as I type,  in the hopes of getting my brain into debian mode.I might then be able to crack the other method of install and possibly try and get my 860 titchified!

Turn mouse 90-degrees to the left (counter-clockwise), then try to move the pointer.  It should now work fine.  But then, of course, the mouse is not right for your hand.  Scrolling the wheel will also not work, but all three buttons will.
