No USB Networking protocol available 5500 v3.10

Hi,
I\'m a newbie and am having problems connecting to a network through the USB docking station. The only ntework protocols available are LAN and Wireless LAN, no USB LAN as described in the manual.

I\'m going on the assumption that you\'re using Windows (since you didn\'t mention anything in your message).  If you are then this how-to may be of help.
