Anyone tried these connectors on the 3000?, I notice Maplin electronics in the UK are selling them.
The blue one (fourth from left) looks like the one to have - USB Micro A Male -> USB A Female, although I'm a little concerned about the bulk of the connector.
What about the red one on the right, would it be better to use the standard Z cable and make that Female presentation ? Do you think this could end up too long with a device cable attached too ?
Finally there seems to be a Female Micro Din to USB Male A (White on the left), feasible as a way of hooking in a standard keyboard when you pop up at a customer site when travelling light? could there be serious power drain questions over this? anyone tried a regular keyboard hooked up like this?
Haven't got my 3000 yet but I might get a range of these to try out.... might be quite cool to have a little pocket sized USB mouse and try to get a USB mouse driver working with X/Qt and PocketWorkstation for those long train trips
