Has anyone tested the card,

Here is the driver page.  I'ev been looking at this, but it seems so high priced for an adapter.

I was meant to test this on my 5500 - I'll get on to it in the week (I've been busy - sorry).

I appears to work on the 5500. Here's the output of dmesg (and lsmod):

After boot (with card inserted)

Then removed said USB mass storage device

Si

Where did you get your Ratoc card?  I've been thinking about importing one to the UK but I'm not sure about the cost.

One of the US computer dealers who were willing to ship to the UK.

I can't remember the name off the top of my head, but I can look on the invoice at home if you want.

Before you buy this card for your sl5500, please see my thread:
https://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=11745

It recognizes the card, but nothing works properly!

Hmm, more investigation necessary then.

Let me dig out some kernel modules and I'll try to get something up and running on my collie.
