Connecting Wirelessly The Manual Way
« on: March 12, 2005, 03:47:35 am »
Hi,

I'm having some problems connecting to my home (wireless) router in the usual fashion: is there a command-line method by which I can see what is going wrong?

ifconfig?
ifup wlan0?

It might help if you said what Z, rom and wireless device and protocol (it should be 80211.b ) whether you have wep enabled, or dhcp mapped to mac addresses on your router, and what methods with what settings you have already tried.
