well, ....
since no answer was arriving I managed to compile it by myself

I have this openvpn_2.0rc17-r1_arm.ipk that installs and works on OZ3.5.2 Poodle.

If anybody is interested let me know
(hrw I'll be glad if you want to put it in upgrade   )

I'd love to get a copy of this.  I just got a 5600 and this would be the last piece of software I need to work.

Thanks!

I managed to compile & package OpenVPN 2.0 RC 20 for the Z C3000. Now I'm looking for a way to get the tun.o kernel module... I tried compiling the kernel on the Z itself, but that borked

On collie, i was able to simply modprobe tun (or add it to /etc/modules and reboot). Are you sure its not already there? See if you can just ipkg install it from the feeds, too. Otherwise, OpenVPN worked just fine! I can now violate all kinds of security policies at work! yay!

If only it were that simple... "find /lib/modules -name tun.o" comes up empty.

Ach, posted on the wrong forum. I was searching for OpenVPN and didn't notice I stumbled upon the OZ forum. I'm actually looking for a tun.o module for the C3000 Sharp ROM.

Doesn't seem to be available for my SL-C1000 with OZ 3.5.3... :
ipkg list | grep tun  provides nothing like a tun module package

# modprobe tun
modprobe: module tun not found.
modprobe: failed to load module tun

Any hint someone ?

Thanks in advance.
