Cf Wifi With Mc Card Connector ?
« on: May 09, 2005, 02:53:33 pm »
I could have sworn a year or two ago I saw one or two CF wifi cards that had a little external antenna jack built into'em (MC Card type I believe).  Anyone know of any models sporting this handy little feature.

Perhaps even more important, anyone know of a Zaurus/Kismet compatible model ?

I need one too.
I did find something that might be it (Gotta call and check this out).
The card model is la4137.
Check this out at http://www.symbol.com/products/wireless/la4137.html
Their product announcment page where they announced this card  claimed that it will have an antenna connector.
That page I am giving you has no mention of that.
Anyway it is worth calling and checking it with them.
I plan to call them soon and I will report back here for all to know.
