Before starting Vncserver and Fvwm I tried to configure dcf-660w, but modprobe prism2_cs gives Errors:
  prism2_cs: GetNextTuple: No mor items
prism2sta_config: NextTuple: failure? It's probably a Vcc missmatch.
  prism2sta_event: prism2_cs: Initialization failed!

The same happens if I start with "q>launch.default" and try to configure it manually in the Terminal.
But If I configure it with the GUI everything works fine.
How can I figure out what the Network Config Application is doing ?

Surely you shouldn't have to modprobe the module yourself, this should be handled by cardmgr and automatically modprobed when you insert the card.

You are right. lsmod lists the module after inserting the card. But I just do not know what to do now without a gui to get my wlan card working.

The gui network application works. So how can I do the same from command line?

"iwconfig wlan0" outputs:
Warning: Driver for device wlan0 has been compiled with version 14 of Wireless Extension, while this program is using version 13. Some things may be broken...

Any other command gives an error like:
Set failed on device wlan0 ; Function not implemented.

The software installed is what was installed as I got the zaurus from www.trisoft.de.
(Qtopia 1.5.4, Kernel 2.4.20, SL-C3000 ROM Version 1.01 JP)

When I start the network application from the gui it works.
So I believe the network GUI application does not use iwconfig.

But how can I see what the network GUI application is using?
How can I figure out which binrary is called by the GUI ?
