Psp Usb Charging Cable For Zaurus?
« on: May 27, 2005, 07:08:58 am »
Hi,

After reading the discussion about using a PSP power brick on Zaurus, I begin to think of using the PSP usb charging cable on Z.  If the output fits, then in principle we can get this to work on zaurus, or not?

I happened to see the cheapest one on ebay is just selling at 0.99 GBP.  Isn't it a steal?

Why would you risk it? Surely just buying a USB charging cable specifically made for the Z would be a better bet.
Victim of c3000 ebay scam.... Now after c3100

I think it is strictly, "use at your own risk."  kahm posted here with the results of hooking a multimeter up to the PSP AC adapter.  So, it's up to you to choose whether or not the risk is worth it...

The one in Meanie's link looks cool.  However the shop seems not to  take overseas orders, is it?

I'm just loading Z's battery with "Kaiyue" PSP charging cable.
There's mini usb also for data transfer in the same cable.
//But the plug is mini-b... and it should be mini-a for Z sync?
picture: mini A and mini B

"Dragonplus" marked PSP cable's plug seems to be a little bit too big... but I check it 2.

Check -> Charging Via Usb?
