Mp3 Player?
« on: May 27, 2005, 07:43:12 am »
I have a Zaurus c860 running 3.5.3 w/GPE.  I've always struggled with the mp3 portion of the device.  I've used gpe-nmf (which doesn't seem to be available anymore) and orpheus.

What are others using?  Orpheus isn't bad but I'm wondering if there are any other solutions out there.

yeah... That is a nice piece of work.  For reasons other than gxine, I'm off 3.5.3--and I didn't check this when i was on.. but does gxine handle shoutcast? any other streaming media? if so, what?

Not sure, I've never tried anything other than plain mp3s. If you give me an example URL I'll try it out.

shoutcast.com?  they have links, though. firefox handles it and will pass the streams off to a player.
if you are using dillo I guess follow a link that looks good?
