Blinking Battery Light

Hi all,

I was doing a bunch of flashing and trying out some different ROMs today.  While doing a reboot from the updated Sharp ROM, my zaurus froze.  After trying everything to get it back up again, I finally removed the battery.  Now, whenever I re-flash everything goes well and seems to complete as expected, but after the green light goes off and I push the full reset button the orange battery light stays on for a few seconds then starts blinking.  My zaurus will no longer turn on.  Is there something wrong with the battery or did I screw up something internal?

Any ideas?  Can it be fixed?

For anyone who is curious, my Z is not dead.  I left it unplugged with the battery out overnight.  The next day (with a clear head) I put the battery back in and everything booted up as usual.  I found a post in a different forum with the same problem and the battery was in backwards.  I think that was probably my problem as well.
