FWIW, I've sent and received emails from Brett at Conics the past few days. So I know he's around....buying some more goodies from him again....

Have dealt with him the past few years for several Zauruses and a Sony laptop. Always delivered safely and promptly.

There have been a few times when it took him awhile to respond to an email. But I found that if you don't get a response right away, then email him again after a day or so and you should get a response. However, usually, this is not necessary and he responds quickly...you do have to remember about time difference, depending upon where you live...

HTH,

Mark

Sorry for those not getting replys quickly, it's tax time here in Japan, just when new models come out!    so we're pretty busy.

At the moment I'm answering past customer questions first, and new orders next... (note: no paid orders have been delayed).

To those who asked about new orders, I will get to your emails (and I understand if the delay has been too long), and I'm sorry for the unexpected delays.

on top of this I'm working on the new cart system (which I hope will ease order delay at a time like this too).

regards,
-Brett
