Flite For Oz?
« on: August 07, 2005, 11:03:31 pm »
Is there a flite version for OZ? I thought I read a post once saying that it was in the 3.5.1 feeds, but I enabled opie-feed-351 and opie-updates-351, and still came up empty. A friend tried to get it to work on OZ 3.5.3 and ultimately ended up going back to the Sharp ROM to make it work. Does anyone have a version that works under OZ?

Thanks,

Storm,

I use zroadmap on my Sharp ROM Zaurus with Digitraveler from Radio Shack, but have never been able to figure out how to get flite to work with it.

Any chance you could post some brief directions here on how to get it to work or point me to a web site with detailed instructions?  I've tried the usual flite web sites but could not understand how to do it since I am not a programmer.

This would be very much appreciated.
