C3100 Database In English ?

i see database SOFTWARE in C3100 is in japan.....is there an english version ?

you can try portabase

ok i will try, so how can i remove japan database software from my C3100 ? I will remove japan translator too.... Any helps ?

As bam states the database and translator are built into the 3100, so you wouldn't free up any space by removing them. You can hide the icons for them to that they don't get in the way though:

Using the terminal app, type:

Code: [Select]
su
cd /home/QtPalmtop/apps/Applications
mv translator.desktop translator.desktop.hide
mv database.desktop database.desktop.hide

Actually I'm guessing at the last line as I don't have a 3100 in front of me right now. Type ls to see what's there if that doesn't work.

Once you've done that, just reboot the Z and the icons should be gone when you restart.
