5600 Kernels
« on: November 15, 2005, 04:44:58 pm »
I tried the Cache errata-fix-disabled kernel today. I'll admit, it was fast, but it was locking up about once every 10 minutes, and it still wasn't THAT much faster. This was running at 400mhz mode, not 471. Is there a kernel out there which still has the cache bug fix applied, but also has the overclocking patch? I still want to be able to rev up the CPU, but I can live without the insecurity of the Cache bug. (yes, i have returned to the original Krnl)
