Hi, I write from germany, so excuse my bad english.
I have a problem with my archos av 500. I bought the archos 4 weekks ago. And every time I plug in the the power supply , the arcos shows mistakes in playing mp3 files.
1. Sometimes, I will play a mp3 file, I will hear no sound ( the file is loaded, the playback icon is shown, but no timestamps are shown)
2. The song starts playing , but after ca 5 sec the sound grows silent (playtime stops)
3. Not so offten, the arcos hangs.
I see the hdd LED is lighting, that indicates the songs loaded. And then the mysterious things happen.
I noticed, that this issues only happen while playing mp3 files. Playing videos and photos is OK.
But it is strange that all the described errors appears while the power supply is plugged in.
Please help me what I can do in this case.
