Has somebody succeeded in restoring their own nand flash backup on a c3100? Yesterday, I made a flash backup from the dm service menu. So far so good. But when I tried to restore the backup (same cf card, nothing was changed here) I got a "Wrong format" error. Does somebody know what this error means? A Read/Write error maybe? The backup file has the correct size.
I assume one creates a backup with "2 NAND Flash Back up" on Page 3/3 of the service menu (
http://pda.conics.net/c3100/service-menus/) and restores it with "6. Flash restore"? Right?
I eventually managed to restore the backup kindly provided by trisoft which I had already downloaded before but I really would like to be able to restore my own backup.
