hi,
i did a search on google an here but did get confusing results, so im asking here.
is it right that i cannot change icons in OPIE because they are hardcoded in a file?
and if so: is there a program to edit this recources?

You should be able to change the icons in the same way as one does for the Sharp images (afaik). Not sure of the dir off the top of my head I'm afraid.
The only bits which I've heard are hardcoded are things like the little 'O' on the 'Start Menu'.
