Cacko 1.23 Cf Wifi And Fonts Links Related?

I've just flashed the Cacko 1.23 to my SL-C1000 and it works great but:
Finally I found that if i re-link all the helvetica_*.qpf to my unicode fonts and reboots, my Buffalo WLI-CF-S11G will no longer work again!
I've looked at this with "cardctl status" and it's just keeping suspend.... whatever I do a "cardctl reset" "carctl eject/ insert".... and it doesn't bring up the Wireless Network....
How come the fonts links will affect the Wireless Network portion from my situation?

I've found the resolution finally!
Using efont instead of other unicode fonts.... and works without any problem!
But still feeling very strange that the fonts affected the network functionality....
