Accessing mail/power led

Since I generally don\'t use my Z to check email, I was thinking it would be nice to be able to use the LED for other things.  Is there some way to assign it to something like \'disk\' reads, or network activity?  Perhaps setting it up so that when a wireless card senses a netowrk, the light comes on.

Did someone else think of this?

;) I had to wrote about it.

In Sony Clie SJ30 (which I used before SL-5500) I had LED built-in in MemoryStick slot so I know when there was any card activity. I miss it in Zaurus :(
