Image Viewer For Qtopia
« on: April 03, 2006, 08:58:47 am »
Hello,

for embedding into the mutt email client, I'm looking for an image viewer (jpg, gif, maybe: png, tif, fax, bmp and other popular formats) which works under QTopia but is callable from the command line.

The built-in "Imaging" applicatoin would be good enough I guess, but I coudn't figure out how to call it from the command line.

Thanks
daniel

The built in image viewer - Imaging - is callable from command line - "zimager".

Also the photostarage application (also by Sharp) is callable too - "photostorage"
(the phtostorage as a viewer is better than Imaging.

Imaging does take command line parameters as well - pass the pull path of file to view. Now, I don't know if photostorage takes any commandline parameters as well or not.

Thanks!

photostorage does not react to any command line parameter.
So I tried zimager and it works nicely.
However, I was not able to figure out how to tell zimager to go immediately into fullscreen mode, which would be nice.
